3) prohibition of dividing the area into smaller plots than the division made in the drawing, with the right to join adjacent plots,    

4) communication service of the area from the internal road - KD,    

5) the right to locate one detached residential building on each plot in the applicable building line, in accordance with the designation on the drawing,    

6) the buildings referred to in point 3 may have the maximum height of the second storey, including the attic, and the roof of min. gable with a roof slope of 40°,    

7) location of the prevailing ridge of the residential building in accordance with the designation on the drawing,    

8) the right to locate buildings related to business activity, with a max. 8 m high, referring in form and architectural detail to a residential building, as in point 6, with a ridge perpendicular to the ridge of the building referred to in point 6,    

9) for the buildings referred to in point 8, located on the current building line from the front of the plot, the obligation to refer in form, detail, height to the building referred to in point 6,    

10) right to build max. 30% of the plot area,    

11) obligation to arrange parking spaces on the plot, in the number required for the conducted activity,    

12) the right to locate a built-in or detached garage building with a height of max. 4 m with an attic,    

13) the obligation to allocate min. 30% of the plot area for greenery, with particular emphasis on the green belt from the side of the provincial road,    

14) the right to fence the area with a ban on the use of a full wall.
