Kowalewicka Street can be entered directly onto Głogowska Street (the main thoroughfare of Poznań), which provides access to the city centre in one direction, and the A2 motorway (1.5 km to the exit) in the other direction. Access road: asphalt, illuminated public road.

Utilities: on the road next to the plot: gas, water, electricity.  Electricity and water on the road next to the plot, gas < 100m from the plot, sewage system - at the moment there is no network in the immediate vicinity. The network is located on the other side of Głogowska Street, near the intersection of Kowalewicka Street and Barbary Lerczakówny Street.
