Construction technology: the main part of the building was built at the turn of the sixties and seventies of the last century. The building was constructed using a utility system in traditional brick technology, with a ceiling between the storeys of the "Klein" type and a roof of a wooden structure.
In later years, the building underwent several reconstructions and extensions, mainly in the ground floor part, within which the external walls were thermomodernized along with the replacement of window joinery with new PVC and door joinery. The external walls of the superstructure – two-layer – 40 and 45 cm thick, made of slotted ceramic hollow bricks 25 cm thick, insulated with polystyrene 15 and 20 cm thick. Partition walls of ceramic slotted hollow bricks 12 cm thick. Gable roof with a thickness of 12 cm slope of 40 degrees, covered with ceramic tiles.
Installations: electrical, plumbing, heating (eco-pea coal stove, class IV) and telephone.

Location: Pecna is a village located in the Greater Poland Voivodeship, in the Mosina commune. Through Pecna leads the tourist trail Iłówiec - Otusz. North-east of Pecna there is a nature reserve "Gvozdik Siny w Grzybnie" /with an area of 16.35 ha/.
Infrastructure: 230 m to the Żabka store, 1000 m to Dino, 310 m to the InPost parcel machine, 530 m to the pharmacy, 1500 m to the primary school, 5 km to the Agricultural School Complex in Grzybno.
Communication: 940 m to the Iłowiec railway station. Quick access to Mosina and Głuchowo, there is an exit to the S11 national road in the direction of Poznań and Wrocław. To Poznań about 35 km, to Mosina 10 km.
