In the indicated area, the obligation to maintain or introduce residential buildings and as accompanying functions listed in the plan point 1.4 is established, with the proviso that the usable area of rooms intended and used for residential purposes, in all buildings located on the plot, cannot be less than 70% of the total area of the buildings, excluding underground storeys;
It is forbidden to locate, build and expand:
any buildings with functions other than those required in the provisions of the plan point 1;
It is allowed to locate, construct and expand: small architecture objects;
Due to the fact that protected buildings are under conservation protection, it is required to renovate protected buildings.
